Opulence Aesthetics Clinic
Privacy Policy
Opulence Aesthetics intends to have this policy reviewed and confirmed before it is treated as final. In the meantime, if you have a question about your information, please get in touch using the contact details further down this page and we’ll help where we can.
What information we collect
When you use our website, we may collect the details you choose to give us so that we can respond to you. This usually includes:
- Your name, so we know who we’re speaking with.
- Your contact details, such as a phone number, so we can reply.
- The content of any message or enquiry you send, including the general nature of what you’d like to discuss.
Please don’t send detailed health or medical information through the website. Anything about your skin, your history or your goals is best discussed privately during a consultation rather than through a marketing site.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us for clear and limited purposes:
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To help arrange or confirm a private consultation with Nqobile.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information. We’ll only share it where it’s genuinely needed to provide the service you’ve asked for, or where we’re required to by law.
How booking works, and where your data goes
Bookings are not completed on this website. When you choose to book, you’re directed to our online booking page, which handles appointment times and any details you enter there. Information you submit through that booking system is held by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
Because our care is consultation-first, this website itself does not store health or clinical information about you. The site is here to share general information and to help you make an enquiry — the private detail of your care stays within your consultation and our clinic records.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technology to help the site work and to understand, in general terms, how visitors use it. Where analytics are used, they’re intended to operate on a consent basis, and you can usually decline or limit cookies through your browser settings or any consent prompt shown on the site.
Analytics information helps us improve the experience for people across Seddon, Yarraville, Footscray and the wider Melbourne region. We aim to keep this minimal and to handle it with care. This website has been designed with AHPRA and TGA advertising guidance in mind.
Your rights, and how to contact us
You can ask us about the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct anything that’s wrong or out of date. We’ll respond to reasonable requests and explain the next steps.
To make a request, ask a question, or raise a concern about your privacy, please contact Opulence Aesthetics Clinic:
- Phone: 0468 031 803
- Instagram: @opulence.aesthetics
- Facebook: /beyou7always
- Address: L1/86B Charles Street, Seddon VIC 3011
If we’re ever unable to resolve a concern with you directly, you may also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
How booking works
Consultation-first, always
Your care is designed to respect TGA and AHPRA guidance, with the same high standard of service throughout. For any medical aesthetic concern you start with a consultation, so your plan is built around you, honestly and in person.
