Our skin treatments

Opulence Aesthetics offers a considered range of skin and body treatments in Seddon, in the Melbourne region. From Hydrafacial and LED light therapy to microdermabrasion, skin needling, PRP and hot stone massage, every option is nurse-led and consultation-first. Skin care begins with a one-to-one consultation with Nqobile Nhlebela, Registered Nurse, who assesses your skin and explains what may suit you.

How care works at Opulence

Rather than booking straight into a treatment, care at Opulence starts with understanding your skin. Nqobile reviews your skin, your history and your goals, then talks you through what is — and isn’t — well suited to you. From there, any plan is tailored to you and explained clearly before anything goes ahead.

This consultation-first approach means recommendations are made in person, after assessment, not chosen from a menu online. Suitability and how skin responds differ from person to person, so an honest, unhurried conversation comes first.

The treatments we offer

Our open treatment range focuses on the health, texture and overall quality of your skin, alongside calm, restorative body care. Each treatment is carried out in our Seddon clinic, and each starts with a consultation to confirm it’s right for you.

  • Hydrafacial — deep-cleansing, hydrating facials often chosen for a fresh, healthy-looking glow, with add-ons tailored to your skin.
  • LED light therapy — a gentle, light-based option people think about for calming and supporting the skin.
  • Microdermabrasion — a surface exfoliating treatment often considered for skin texture and a smoother, refreshed feel.
  • Skin needling — SkinPen microneedling considered for skin texture, scarring and renewal, offered after a consultation.
  • Biomicroneedling (SQT) – a microneedling-style skin-quality treatment considered for the look of tone, brightness and skin texture, offered after a consultation.
  • PRP treatments — platelet-rich plasma for skin and hair, offered after a private consultation to confirm suitability.
  • Hot stone massage — warm, restorative bodywork chosen for comfort, easing tension and time to unwind.

Most of these are well tolerated across most skin types, and many involve little to no downtime — though this varies, and your nurse will explain what to expect for your skin.

What about more advanced concerns?

Some concerns, such as facial lines or volume, are best approached through a private, one-to-one consultation rather than discussed online. In keeping with AHPRA and TGA advertising guidance, we don’t recommend or advertise specific advanced treatments online.

If those concerns are on your mind, the right first step is a consultation. Nqobile can assess your skin in person and talk through considered, suitable approaches with you. You can also explore our Concerns pages to understand your options before you book.

Who is this suitable for?

Our treatments are chosen by people across Seddon, the surrounding Melbourne suburbs and the wider region who want a calm, honest, nurse-led approach to their skin and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re focused on texture, dullness, breakouts, general skin health or simply some restorative time, the starting point is the same: a consultation to understand your skin first.

No single treatment is right for everyone, and how skin responds differs between individuals. That’s exactly what your consultation is for — a clear, considered view of whether something suits you.
